Jack Harrison Wins AT&T MLS Goal of the Week

Jack Harrison’s wonder goal against the Montreal Impact on July 17 has been voted by fans as the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week for week 19. This is the first time in his career that he has won this honor.

Harrison had 52% of the votes, beating out Portland Timbers’ Diego Valeri.
The rookie took a long pass from Tommy McNamara and then used some fancy footwork to get past his marker. As he reached the top of the box, he unleashed a wicked curler past the outstretched arms of the Impact goalkeeper, Evan Bush.
NYCFC would eventually beat Montreal 3-1. NYCFC returns to the pitch on Sunday, July 24 to take on the Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.
